Nothing happens when I click play on a video? - This is an issue with the player because the file hasn’t loaded yet. Be patient, it will start once loaded.
I was a free member, now I signed up to be a premium member but I can’t see premium content? - You cannot use the same username and/or email when signing up for a premium membership, if you’re already registered as a free member. Contact me and I’ll fix it manually!
